Experience and education

  • Program management, business management, project management, and/or related experience (years of experience required varies per role)
  • Previous Microsoft experience
  • Experience standing up business and technical programs with minimal direction
  • Experience working with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies in a complex and matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated experience translating strategy into feature development roadmaps 
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets
  • Experience with ADO, Jira, and/or similar tools
  • Additional role-specific requirements
  • Bachelor of Science, BA, or MBA preferred
